No contracts. Our goal is to thrill you with our product and customer service, not lock you in. If you're unhappy, you can cancel your account at any time.

No. There are no setup fees and no hidden fees. We try to keep things simple.

The free trial lasts for 60 days and you have access to ALL features. The only constraint is that you send less than 100 emails per month.

We offer a 20% discount for non-profits. Please contact support to provide us with your information and we'll take you through the activation process.

If you go over your subscription level by a small amount, we won't mind. If you need to increase the emails you'd like to send each month, you can upgrade your account at any time. Typically the rate for extra emails is between 1 and 2 cents an email. Call us and we'll setup a plan specifically for your needs.
