Q. What is an affiliate program?
A. Affiliate programs allow you to make money off referals to our site. Here's how it works:

1. You sign up as an InboxFox affiliate
2. We provide you with a link which contains your unique affiliate ID
3. You share that link on your website or send it to your business associates
4. When they click that link, they are identified with your affiliate account
5. If they subscribe to our service, you earn a percentage of the revenue. For as long as they are a paying customer, we pay you that percentage!

Q. Who manages your Affiliate Program?
A. We do. Most of our competitors outsource their affiliate programs. Everything about ours is done internally and this is why we can offer the best rates of anyone.

Program Qualifications

Q. How much does it cost to join the Affiliate Program?
A. There is no cost to join the program.

Q. What are my responsibilities as a InboxFox Affiliate Partner?
A. After you agree to the Affiliate Program terms and policies your only other responsibility as an affiliate is to place banners and links to InboxFox.com on your web site.

Q. Do I have to be a Webmaster to join the Affiliate Program?
A. No. Our Affiliate Program is open to all webmasters, consultants, web designers, marketing professionals, site owners or anybody interested in promoting InboxFox (and earning money.)

Q. I am waiting to get approved into the Affiliate Program, do I need to do anything else?
A. We review all pending Affiliate applications on a daily basis. You will receive notification within a few days.

Payments

Q. How much will I make with the Affiliate Program?
A. We pay our affiliate partners for each user that becomes a customer. We pay a percentage of the revenue from that customer, usually 25% of our revenue. So, if you get a new customer at the $40 level and they are a customer for two years, you would earn $240 from that one customer. ($40/month x 25% commission rate = $10/month for 24 months = $240!) .

How often will I get paid?
A. Commission payments will be sent out on a monthly basis. All payments are made via paypal, so please provide a paypal email address when signin up. (Paypal accounts are free.)

Q. Do you have a high conversion rate after the FREE Trial?
A. Yes, we do. Our product is easy for small businesses to use. Once they sign up and see the value, they typically become a paying customer.

Tracking and Reporting

Q. How are my referrals tracked and credited to my account?
A. All of the affiliate links to our site contain your unique ID. As a Publisher, each time a user comes through your link to our site, your affiliate account is related to that user. You can view the number of referrals, clicks, and earnings at any time.

Q. What reports are available?
A. We provide reports of clicks, earnings, and payments which you can view at any time.
